Outside of the Office

While there are certain boundaries that come with a therapeutic relationship, I do think it is important for my clients to know a little about me and my character so they can feel comfortable and safe. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand what it's like work through finding your identity. It is my hope that this section lets you know that you are not alone.

I have a variety of interests that contribute to my self-care and non-work life. I enjoy reading fiction, movies, tv. I am a huge animal lover - I have a cat! I also love to spend time with those close to me and my step-children.
